Mixed Feelings at this Hotel

The staff english skills are poor. I had difficulty communicating simple requests. Ordering room service required me to go to the reception in person because I couldn't understand the person on the phone. The taxi that I ordered never arrived. The employee then claimed he had not ordered it at all, this was frustrating.

the staff are attentive, and the high standard of everything is very obvious. breakfast proved excellent, with staff very keen on attending to every request. hannah, along with all the breakfast and pool staff, offered amazing service.
The hotel itself has magnificent features. i experienced some noise from the main road. the room was facing the road, so the traffic was fairly loud. the room temperature was also challenging to control, and it remained cold despite adjustments.

The location was perfect. I was close to many attractions and public transport was easily accessible. The staff was friendly. The food was AMAZING!!!
The AC in the room did not work properly. An engineer attempted a fix but was unsuccessful. I was told the AC would remain at 22°c, pretty hot.
